We’re looking for a dynamic Pet Products Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving sales, and being the go-to person for our wholesale and retail partners. If you’re a people person with a knack for sales and account management, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring partners feel supported and valued.
  • Develop New Partnerships: Identify and reach out to potential retail and wholesale partners to expand our network.
  • Onboard New Partners: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless setup.
    Travel to Meet Partners: Be comfortable traveling to visit retail and wholesale partners, attend trade shows, and represent TagsforHope at industry events.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue by understanding partner needs and offering tailored solutions to maximize their success with our products.
  • Account Management: Monitor partner performance, address any issues, and proactively provide support to help them thrive.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to partners.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Track sales and partnership data, provide regular reports, and offer insights for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Sales & Account Management: Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and persuasive when building relationships or closing deals.
  • Willingness to Travel: This role requires travel to meet with partners, attend events, and support business growth.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: You’re proactive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple accounts, track progress, and keep accurate records.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
  • Passion for Pets & Retail: An understanding of the pet industry or retail space is a big plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, email communication, and basic reporting tools.
